Commands

Below is a list of TweetSwitch commands supported by our instant messenger bots. To execute a command, just write to the TweetSwitch bot in your favourite instant messenger.

• Send a tweet:

  Type tweet MESSAGE or t MESSAGE.
  e.g. tweet Good morning Twitter friends.

• Send direct message (DM):

  Type dm NAME MESSAGE or d NAME MESSAGE.
  e.g. dm tweetswitch TweetSwitch rocks!

• List the last 20 tweets received:

  Type list or l

• List the last 20 direct messages received:

  Type ldm

• List the last 20 mentions received:

  Type lm

• Pause the service:

  Type pause

• Resume the service:

  Type start
